 I believe that there is an optimal flow for every person’s life. Some people call this “the will of God”, some “being in the groove”, others the path to “the glow up.” I believe that when we align ourselves with that optimal flow, however we name it, we experience peace, love, success, and growth in abundance. We experience those things without suffering the emotional and spiritual fatigue we unfailingly do when we try to swim upstream. Our work will be a collaborative journey, wherein your own intuitive process will be supported and honored. 

I offer direction and accountability as you work toward establishing and realizing personal and/or professional goals while dismantling the internal barriers to your success. We will use the past for reference while reinforcing the truth: that life is only and always happening now. I seek to empower you and guide you toward clarity and solutions, while encouraging mindfulness and acceptance. Let’s do this!
